Hi,
as you know,Stardoll held Miss Stardoll World last year[2010] and did select Perilice2 as a finalist.Stardoll selected 18 finalists in which one was a Non SS,it was a good thing that one Non SS was selected.Stardoll judges us on secret qualities which I am guessing are Communication,Dress Sense,Facial Expressions and so on.They do allow certain countries to participate but other countries can join later at the semi finals in the WildCard Selection.I hope everyone prepares as it looks like they will hold it again this year!!!
I just hope a Non SS wins........
